A BEHLEN framed building 90'x225'x22'-6". Although this is primarily a garage and storage the building was well insulated by a simple saver system on the roof and walls. This also helps give the building a nice white ceiling. The building is heated by radiant heat, has fire sprinklers and 2 high pressure wash bays for cleaning the equipment. Gehring wanted a 40' wide overhead door to allow the paving machine to drive inside the building. Although a design challenge it was met and completed to the owners requirements. Accent panels were added to break up the overall length of the building.
