Hard bid project to remodel the interior. Removed to old vault for more office space, and built a new vault. We also remodeled the customer lobby area, drive thru and walk-in work areas. The drive-thru building roof needed more support and truss work to hold the new HVAC units to improve air quality and comfort. We also re-roofed the existing flat roof with a new EPDM rubber roof. Aftre completion of the original project we were chosen to stay on and make more improvements for the fire marshal review and code compliance.
