This project started with an existing Behlen S-Span building that was used as a car dealership. We remodeled the existing building and added to each end to further make better use of the property. The building was enhanced by adding E.I.F.S. to the front and sides of the building. This made the property more valuable and has been easy to keep it occupied by tenants.
